A 24 hour minimum is required when canceling an appointment.
A "no-show" for a scheduled appointment may result in a full charge for the time you have booked.
We consider an appointment canceled 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time.
As Always we will try to be flexible regarding this policy, we understand circumstances sometimes happen beyond our control.
